Course Description

This course is ideal for beginners who want to get started in woodworking or work on DIY projects. Not only will you get to build an Amish inspired step stool, but you will also establish a solid foundation to get you started in the craft. Lisa will be teaching about color trends, paints, glazes, and application techniques. Gordon will teach about different hardwoods, materials, joinery options, and finishes. Together, Lisa and Gordon will help get you over the initial learning curve and get you started on the right foot! 

Materials Needed

-Poplar lumber pack will be shipped to you and is included in course cost.

Tools Needed*

-120 Grit Sand Paper
-Tape Measure

-Coping Saw and blades
-Phillips Head Screwdriver
-Wood Glue
-Two clamps to hold the boards down for coping saw cuts
