TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering and/or participating in a Plane Wellness course or training, whether virtual or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Right to Refuse Service: Plane Wellness and its employees, teachers, representatives and affiliates reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation. Plane Wellness does not discriminate against anyone (applicant or employee) because of that person’s race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
Cancellation/No Show Policy with Paid Course: Plane Wellness reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee when any individual cancels their registration for a course or training within 1 week of the start date for that particular course or training. The individual canceling their registration will be refunded the course cost minus a 25% cancellation fee. If the individual does not show up for a course or training, or is a “no show”, and that individual does not notify Plane Wellness of a cancellation they are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation/No Show with Free Course Given: Individuals who cancel their registration for a course or training within 1 week of the start date for that particular course or training and/or individuals who no show a course or training they are registered for, will be placed on the waitlist for future courses or trainings and will not be guaranteed a seat in future courses or trainings.
Cancellation/No Show with Free Tools Given: Individuals who cancel or no show a Plane Wellness course or training, whether virtual or in person, and have received a free tool and/or free tools to participate in the course or training are required to ship the tool and/or tools back at their expense within 2 weeks of the course start date. Individuals who do not ship the tool and/or tools back within 2 weeks will receive a bill for the tool and/or tools due within 10 days of its receipt. Individuals who do not ship the tool and/or tools back and do not pay the bill for the tool and/or tools will not be able to register, apply, and/or participate in Plane Wellness courses or trainings, neither virtual nor in person, until they pay the bill that was issued to them.
Cancellation/No Show with Free Lumber/Materials Given: Individuals who cancel or no show a Plane Wellness course or training, whether virtual or in person, and have received free lumber and/or materials to participate in the course or training will receive a bill for the lumber and/or materials which is due within 10 days of its receipt. Individuals who do not pay the bill for the lumber and/or materials will not be able to register, apply, and/or participate in Plane Wellness courses or trainings, neither virtual nor in person, until they pay the bill that was issues to them.
Optional Add Ons: If you choose to receive one of the Optional Add Ons for the Plane Wellness courses or trainings, whether virtual or in person, you agree to have your personal identifiable information shared with third party affiliates of Plane Wellness. This includes, but is not limited to, lumber suppliers, third party shippers, and tool sponsors.
Waitlist: If any individual has registered for and/or attended for 3 or more Plane Wellness courses or trainings within 6 months, they will be placed on a waitlist to give other individuals an opportunity to attend the course. If the course does not fill 2 weeks prior to the course start, individuals will be taken off of the wait list and offered a spot in the course. This waitlist will also be utilized if a free course or training was given and the individual registered cancels within 1 week of that particular course or trainings start date and/or that individual no shows that particular course or training.
Tool Requests: If an individual receiving government assistance for a disability or diagnosis is requesting a tool and/or tools to participate in a Plane Wellness course or training, Plane Wellness staff, affiliates, teachers, and representatives do their best to attempt to obtain the requested tool and or tools; however, there is no guarantee we will be able to provide the requested tool and or tools. Plane Wellness reserves the right to refuse a tool request without explanation. Plane Wellness does not discriminate against anyone (applicant or employee) because of that person’s race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.
Video and Audio Recording: Plane Wellness may record courses or training including video and audio of its participants, students, teachers, affiliates, and/or representatives. Your registration and/or participation in a Plane Wellness course or teaching will serve as your consent to be video and audio recorded. Plane Wellness reserves the right to use and/or provide the video and audio recordings in, but not limited to, their marketing, social media, Patreon, and memberships. Plane Wellness may also provide the video and audio recordings to students who missed a course or training session.
Assumption of Risk: Plane Wellness and its staff, teachers, affiliates, or representatives are not responsible or liable for any injuries or damage you may suffer while attending and/or participating in our courses or trainings, whether virtual or in person. You agree that if you engage in any of our courses or trainings, whether virtual or in person, you do so at your own risk and assume the risk of any and all injury and/or damage you may suffer. This includes injury or damage sustained while and/or resulting from using any tools or equipment, whether provided to you by Plane Wellness or otherwise, including injuries or damages arising out of the negligence of the teacher, whether active or passive, or any of the Plane Wellness staff, affiliates, or representatives.
Release: You agree on behalf of yourself (and all your personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrator, agents, and assigns) to release and discharge Plane Wellness (and Plane Wellness’s affiliates, employees, agents, teachers, and representatives) from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of any injuries or damages you may suffer while participating in the courses or trainings, whether virtual or in person.
This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of your use of any tools or equipment.
Errors or Omissions: The information provided in Plane Wellness courses and trainings are being supplied in good faith based on information which the teachers believe, but do not guarantee, to be accurate or complete; however, we are not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur.
